The terms that govern your use of Aqwi services and software.

Agreement

By accessing aqwitech.com, submitting an inquiry, using AqwiOS, or engaging Aqwi for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Services

Aqwi provides two categories of offerings:

Consulting Services — Custom AI systems, workflow automation, and operational consulting for service businesses. All consulting engagements are scoped through a discovery process. No work begins until scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing.

AqwiOS — A desktop application for documents, contacts, jobs, invoicing, and team management. AqwiOS is available as a free download with optional paid subscription tiers.

Accounts

Some features of AqwiOS require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Aqwi is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an inquiry.

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Aqwi does not store your card information.
  • AqwiOS subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
  • Consulting fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are specified in the engagement agreement.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

Aqwi property: Aqwi retains ownership of its frameworks, tools, processes, and the AqwiOS software. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute AqwiOS or any Aqwi proprietary materials.

Client deliverables: Custom deliverables produced during a consulting engagement are licensed to the client for their internal business use upon payment in full. Aqwi retains the right to reuse general methods, frameworks, and non-confidential techniques.

Your data: You retain ownership of all data you create, store, or upload through AqwiOS. Aqwi does not claim any rights to your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense AqwiOS without written permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqwi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Aqwi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our website and AqwiOS are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aqwi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Consulting deliverables are warranted only to the extent specified in your engagement agreement.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. Aqwi may suspend or terminate access to services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use AqwiOS under a paid plan ends at the conclusion of your billing period. Data stored locally on your device remains yours.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Aqwi operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
